| A new company of Eovak Hardmetal, Inc. has been founded on August, 2007. Its name is Nanjing Eovak Hardmetal Co., Ltd. which engages in the business of import and export and customer services of the whole group. Considering the export and import business of us is growing rapidly in recent three years, and origional operation methods have not satisfy to modern enterprise operation. Hence, we have found this new company to have all our import & export business, as well as customer services be managed entensively |

| Eovak installed the advanced automatic sintering furance on March 2007, which is controlled entirely with computer, it has three temperature control zones.Hence, it is much better than general sintering furance, and can guarantee a even better quality of the carbide blanks, it can improve the density, prosities, and thoughness of carbide blanks greatly. |  |
